2) Gut Buster Boot Camp© weight circuit training: a combination of cardio and weight training

PROTEIN:  40g extra protein 

 

RESULTS:  25 minute workouts will BUILD UP TO 12 LBS OF MUSCLE in 6 months AND BURN UP TO 70LBS FAT EACH YEAR
