Dr. Cooper found that 2 hour workouts lower your risk of heart attack by 62% but 30 minute workouts lower that risk by 58% and you are much more likely to stick with a 30 minute workout longer than a 2 hour workout.  Our workout is 25 minutes because your heart will race for 5 min after you are done!
