WHAT ARE BOOT CAMPS?
A Boot Camp is a timed and regimented workout where an instructor's voice tells you what exercise to do and when to do it.  It is designed to get the most "bang for the buck" for the time put in. 

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMPS
Outdoor bootcamps meet for an hour early in the morning, usually 6am, in a grassy area where calesthenics can be performed.  They are cardio-oriented programs that use "body weight" for resistance, and concentrate on doing a large number of repetitions in a group setting.  They start hard, and get harder as time goes by.  These workouts are recommended for people with relatively low body weight since it is considered a "high impact" workout.

INDOOR BOOTCAMPS
Indoor bootcamps range from 25 minutes to 60 minutes and are performed daily from 8am to 9pm most days.  These are a combination of cardio and resistance training done on machines where you will start with very low impact and very low resistance in the beginning, and gradually increase the resistance over time.  These workouts build muslce and decrease fat and are recommended for people of all weight ranges since the machines will allow you to start with LESS than your own body weight.  We have a carefully designed program that allows each particpant privacy when performing exercises.
